The calculators work well and the service is good.
On the other hand the technical support is non-existent. I sent several email to ask for assistance without never having return.

I’ve been using StatCounter for a few years now and so far it’s great.
I was also impressed when I found out that the StatCounter frontpage had pagerank 10 at some point.
StatCounter doesn’t have everything that Google Analytics has, but I’m hoping that it will in the future.

I bought my first PC in July 1999 and could not get the monitor to work properly. I found a Technical Support phone number in the manual. To my delight, a young Irish woman in Dublin answered my call and helped me configure my monitor in no time.
Being part Irish myself, I told her that I knew she was absolutely beautiful and had long black hair. She paused, then asked, “How did you know I have long black hair?”
I’m glad so many high-tech firms have opened offices and plants in Ireland during the past decade. StatCounter is in good company. Thank you for your great product!
