We are always working to improve the StatCounter service we offer to our members. Thanks to the fantastic work done by our engineers over the last year we are thrilled to be able to make the following announcement.
All our upgrade plans have been multiplied by a factor of 10 at no extra cost.
Here is how the plans have changed.
- 5,000 increased to 50,000
- 10,000 increased to 100,000
- 25,000 increased to 250,000
- 50,000 increased to 500,000
- 100,000 increased to 1,000,000
- 200,000 increased to 2,000,000
- 500,000 increased to 5,000,000
- 1,000,000 increased to 10,000,000
These log size increases are available now to all new and existing upgraded customers. To assign the additional log space to your project simply log in to your StatCounter account. Click “Adjust Log” and assign the new log space.
We have also introduced two brand new plans.
- 50,000,000 log quota priced at $249 a month.
- 100,000,000 log quota priced at $399 a month.
If you don’t already have a StatCounter upgrade there has never been a better time to get it. Upgrades start from just $5 a month. In addition to log size increases you also get:
- StatCounter API Access
- Ad free experience for the website and mobile apps
- Advanced Email Report Options
- Long term keyword archival from Google Search Console
We hope you enjoy the new massive log sizes!

How can I make sure that no one copies what I have written and claim it as their own? That’s FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for all the hard work that led to this change. 10x is INCREDIBLE for those of us who are happy to pay for the service.
Thank you for the Log!

Hi,
I want to use statcounter, but i am confused, because Google analytics and Stat Counter showing different page views. I want to know the fact.
I want to write an article on my website to share with people. How can I make sure that no one copies what I have written and claim it as their own? Is there some place where I can “register” my work so that I have proof that it’s my work and no one else will be able to claim it as theirs?.

From long time member
Free 500 could have been bumped to 1000, no?
Hi John,
We’d love to give all members an unlimited log! That would be the ideal.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to give a free 1,000 log per project at this time, but we’ll keep looking at this!
We need to make sure that StatCounter stays profitable so it can continue in business for another 15 years and beyond.
Never said unlimited… subscribers got x10, was saying free could have got x2. But it’s ok, maybe the extra revenu from the x10 will help free get x2.
Not far away modems were 28.8K then 56K then internet from slow to blazing fast, HD had 40MB then it was GB and now it’s TB. Maybe one day statcounter will go from 500 logs to 1000. 😉
And from WordPress Twenty Ten theme to Twenty Eleven theme 😉
In the email I got it said, you can upgrade at no extra costs. But that isn’t true. It costs 4 Euro month extra.
The email says
“All our upgrade plans have been multiplied by a factor of 10 at no extra cost.”
It does not say you can upgrade at no extra cost.
Thanks for the additional log space. Hope to see continued development of features.
We’ve been using StatC for the past 5 years now on various sites. Nice to see the upgrade changes and additions.
Awesome job on the upgrades for the log sizes.
increases just the log size is not enough, statcounter should have a fix price for unlimited upgrade
